Géosciences Montpellier is involved in many scientific partnerships with universities and research institutes in Europe and across the World. For several year, the lab has been managing several Marie Curie European Research Networks ; the lab is also deeply involved into the IODP Prgramme, for both management and scientific activities.
Géosciences Montpellier intensively develops links with North Africa (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia) through numerous cooperation scientific projects (PHP, Volubilis,Tassili, Utique, …) and the Marie Curie network IRESS-MEDYNA.
Le laboratory is active in many projects and collaborative partnerships in Asia (Amrenia, Bouthan, China, Mongolia, Nepal, Taiwan, Turkey, Vietnam) and America (Brazil, Canada, Chili, Mexico, USA...).
Finally, the laboratory strengthen its interests in the French Oversea Antilles, with the formal association of a reserch team of Univeristé Antille-Guyane to Géosciences Montpellier, as from 2015.
