2004/2007 - Research associate (post-doctoral fellowship) at the Lunar and Planetary Inst. USRA, Houston, visiting researcher at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

2000/2004 - Ph.D in Earth Sciences (Dr. rer. nat.), Bayerisches Geoinstitut, University of Bayreuth, Germany.

  • Point defects in solids, diffusion and deformation processes.
  • Concentration, distribution and mobility of hydrogen in nominally anhydrous minerals
  • Peridotites (thoses losing hydrogen...), komatiites and other ultramafics.
  • Experimental apparatus (piston-cylinder, TZM vessel, multi-anvils, Paterson apparatus)
